2. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Manjhagarh Police Station Case No. 368 of 2023, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report is that, in the 6th Phase of Teacher Employment for the year 2019-20 for Panchayat Niyojan Unit at Koini, the petitioner submitted her application for appointment on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the certificate produced by the petitioner at the time of counseling, was not tallying with the DigiLocker and has been found to be different. The petitioner has not got any appointment on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69420 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 basis of those certificates.
5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the allegation is based upon documentary evidence for which custodial interrogation may not be required, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gopalganj/concerned Court, in connection with Manjhagarh Police Station Case No. 368 of 2023, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
