Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 24.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30425 of 2017, with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner, now he has remained in custody for about eight months and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59962 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with S.T.No.334 of 2017 arising out of Kursakanta P.S.Case No.63 of 2017 dated 20.3.2017, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
