The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Simri (T.R.H.OP) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 420, 120(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 60175 on 23.09.2019.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63199 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Buxar in connection with Simri (T.R.H.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
