Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mal Salami P.S. Case No. 437 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Excise Act and sections 25(1-B) (a)26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Rajan Kumar @ Raj Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.12.2022 passed in Cr.
