The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Vivek Giri. Moreover, there is land dispute between the parties, which is evident form the F.I.R. itself and on account that this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65921 of 2019(21) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 in judicial custody since 07.06.2019 without his fault. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019.
