The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.197 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 103(1), 238, 61 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 67 of the I.T. Act. 3.

The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. He is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased and his period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.197 of 2025.
