In the nature of the order passed on the writ petition, a show cause is filed enclosing an order of the Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad dated 31.3.2018, whereby decisions have been taken for filling up the post. It does not suit the petitioners as according to Ms. Asha Verma, learned counsel

for the petitioners, a deviation is made.

Be that as it may, whether or not the petitioners have a right to challenge the same can be considered in an independent writ petition and not in a contempt application. In my opinion, the order having been passed it will be open for the petitioners, if so advised, to question it before an appropriate forum in an appropriate proceeding. The two contempt applications are accordingly disposed of.
