2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 456 of 2023 arising out of Khanpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was the wife of the petitioner who was married to the petitioner in February, 2022 and she has been killed within a year of her marriage.

5. Learned APP for the State submits that the trial has began and charges have already been framed.

6. In view of the facts, as mentioned above and also in view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner who is the husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected without any observation.
