The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 18.10.2022, whereby in the cause title father's name of petitioner Nos. 13 is wrongly typed as "Nagendra Prasad Rai" instead of "Late Sakaldeo Prasad Rai."

Accordingly, the order dated 18.10.2022 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13782 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 modified to the extent that father's name of petitioner Nos. 1-3 shall be read as "Late Sakaldeo Prasad Rai" in place of "Nagendra Prasad Rai" in cause title of the order.

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 18.10.2022 is modified to the above extent and the petitioner shall surrender before learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Issuapur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

The application stands allowed to be above extent.
