2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 1066 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that when the informant was going on a tempo after withdrawing cash of Rs. 50,000/- from the bank, two bikers came and snatched the bag containing cash. No one was apprehended on the spot.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. During investigation, co-caused Guard Tiwari has given his confessional statement and the name of these petitioners has

It has also been submitted that no recovery has been made from the possession of these petitioners. Save and except the confessional statement of coaccused, there is nothing against the petitioners. It has also been submitted that co-accused Guard Tiwari has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71783 of 2024. It has also been submitted that the case of the petitioners stands on better than that of Guard Tiwari. They are languishing in judicial custody since 28.02.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail and has submitted that petitioners are having criminal antecedent of five cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.1066 of 2022.
