Patna High Court CWJC No.23142 of 2019 dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner shall be satisfied if she is permitted to make a suitable representation before the Executive Engineer, Flood Control Division, Rosera, Samastipur (respondent No. 2) in that regard and a direction be given to respondent No. 2 to consider her case and pass necessary order within a reasonable period of time.
3. The aforesaid proposal of the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be genuine.
4. In case, the petitioner makes a suitable representation before respondent No. 2 within a period of three weeks, the same shall be adverted to by the concerned respondent and a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of six weeks thereafter and such decision shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
