Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.13 of 2018 (G.R. No.756 of 2018) registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is against unknown, there is no recovery of stolen articles from possession of the petitioners and have been apprehended merely without any evidence against them.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Rajiv Kumar Singh and Sanjeev Kumar Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
