2. The petitioner was earlier working as Head Clerk in the block office of Punpun Block and he retired after attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2016. It is the case of the petitioner that by a subsequent order dated 23.07.2016, passed by the District Magistrate, Patna he was appointed on contractual basis.

3. It is the petitioner's claim that after issuance of the said order dated 23.07.2016 he has discharged his duties but has not been paid the honorarium which he was entitled to receive.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19783 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 case, this application is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Patna with his grievance of non-payment of salary, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
