2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 56089 of 2022 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the fresh ground that the sole eye-witness Saryug Thakur has been declared hostile.

3. It appears that out of 17 charge-sheeted witnesses, only five have been examined up-till now. The learned trial court is directed to take efforts for expeditious disposal of the trial within a period of three months and if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time, the petitioner may renew

4. With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition is rejected.
