Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 290, 414, 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018 in connection with seizure of liquor and mobile.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstances other co-accused has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 38080 of 2018 vide order dated 02.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37231 of 2018(3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Chakiya P.S.
