Case No. 118 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019. His implication in this case is on the basis of confession of co-accused person. After the petitioner was remanded in this case, he has been made accused in four other cases details of which have been stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. There has not been recovery of any incriminating article from the house of the petitioner nor has he been put on test identification parade. Considering the aforestated facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
