That this application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents to construct the boundary wall of the graveyard as per the government decision situated within Basopati Anchal Mouza Mathaur, Thana N. 21, Old Plot No. 1101, 1102 new Plot Nos. 2105 and 2107 area 40 decimals and 21 decimals and Plot Nos. 1199, 1103 and 1705 total area 3 acre 3 decimals for which a tender notice was also issued and further direct the respondents to protect the right

Patna High Court CWJC No.16927 of 2022(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 of the graveyard because some persons are trying to encroach the land for which the petitioner filed an application before the respondent and further direct the Respondent No. 2 to himself enquire the matter and direct the authority concerned to construct the boundary wall which is pending since 2013 after issuing the tender and further direct the respondents to take appropriate steps in the matter and further for any other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.
