Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. The informant is full brother of the petitioner. Allegation is that the petitioner fired causing injury at the chest of the informant. Doctor has found identical injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2017. Investigation is complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60487 of 2017 (5) dt.12-02-2018 trial and release the petitioner on completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
