The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That, this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 25-04-2023 passed in case no. A 7922/2020 by the state information commissioner, Bihar, Patna by which the learned state information commissioner has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner, on the ground that the right of information is not applicable while there is proceed to get the certified copy and the petitioner has been directed to get the certified

Patna High Court CWJC No.15804 of 2023(3) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 copy through filing chit-kut by paying fee form district record room and further in the nature of mentioned for directing and commanding the respondents authority to issue true copy of Tarmin Madhepur-259-03 old survey Khatiyan Madhepur-259-04, new survey Khatiyan Madhepur 259-04 and Rs Khesara Register to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate application before the concerned authority for grant of certified copy of the documents in question. Liberty so sought is granted.
