ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2018 in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.278 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but subsequently in the confessional statement made before the police by one Pinku Paswan, the petitioner was taken into custody. It is further submitted that the said Pinku Paswan has since been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr.Misc. No.32535 of 2016, vide order dated 17.09.2016.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.42448 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal history, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.
