JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be making a representation before the respondent no. 1 regarding non-grant of salary for certain periods and the respondent no. 1 should be directed to dispose off his representation within a specified period.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation for redressal of his grievance before the respondent no. 1 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 1 shall dispose off the same within a period of six weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order. This writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
