The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2016 in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is said to be having criminal antecedent, out of many cases referred to in paragraph -3 of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted in three cases and in other cases petitioner is on bail. It is further submitted that so far as recovery is concerned, one countrymade Katta and one motorcycle is said to have been recovered, However, petitioner submits that nothing, as alleged, has been recovered from the conscious possession of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ander P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016.
