The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No. 84 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner in the First Information Report that he along with one Pradeep Singh induced the informant of the case to purchase a Bolero vehicle and after taking Rs.2 lakhs in cash from him they failed to deliver the vehicle, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of prearrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
