The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2018 in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the first informant report, he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that on the basis of his self confession he has been remanded in this case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42401 of 2018 (2) dt.18-07-2018 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.
