The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 380 / 457 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that some unknown miscreants committed theft in his house and looted away Rs. 25,000/- cash, one mobile phone, some ornaments and a box.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confession of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.69274 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, District - Saran in connection with Khaira (Nagra O.P) P.S. Case No. 399 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
