Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6, 8 of POCSO Act.

Although, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to convince me about the innocence of the petitioner submitting that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case but I am not, at all, convinced with the aforesaid submission and taking note of this fact that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 pending

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43251 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Siwan stands rejected.
