2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(B), 11(B), 23(B) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 13.500 kg. of ganja has been recovered from the co-accused Sheikh Shakim Miyan. He has confessed that he was going to deliver the ganja to the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 02.08.2023.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Inarwa Police Station, West Champaran on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
