The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.01.2020. passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59535 of 2019.

In compliance of the order dated 22.03.2023, a status report has been received which is kept as Flag-R in this petition in which it is mentioned that the trial will be concluded within a period of two months.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68422 of 2022(3) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.
