Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 366, 379 and 376(D)/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with specific allegation of gangrape. The informant as well as one other victim have supported the prosecution case in their respective statements under section 164 Cr.P.C and accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Motihari Mahila P.S. Case no. 74/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, East Champaran at Motihari

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43534 of 2018 (2) dt.24-07-2018 stands rejected.

However, learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
