Case No. 11 of 2019 dated 11.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The informant was looted of his motor-cycle by two unknown miscreants.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired during the course of the investigation on confession of an arrested accused person.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2019. It has also been submitted that nothing

Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1, Bhojpur in connection with Piro P. S. Case No. 11 of 2019.
