2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, on a secret information police conducted raid and total 2748.06 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a six wheeler container of which petitioner is a driver.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is the driver of the said container and he only obeyed duty of the owner of the vehicle.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Ist, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023.
