2. Ms. Shama Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for directing the Respondent-State to grant approval for affiliation to the petitioner's College under Section 21(2)(d) of Bihar Universities Act. She next submits that inspection team was constituted by the Veer Kuwar Singh University for inspection of the petitioner's College for the purpose of recommending its name to the State Government for granting permanent affiliation and the inspection team has recommended for affiliation. Learned counsel, then submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20662 of 2019(3) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 State may be directed to take final decision regarding affiliation of the College of the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute this position that recommendation has been sent by the University to the State Government.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the University has already sent the recommendation to the State Government, the Director, Higher Education and/or the concerned respondents are directed to take a final decision upon the recommendation of the University for affiliation of petitioner's College within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observation and direction.
