Petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S.Case No.72 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one musket (country made pistol) and one mobile from him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has now remained in custody for seven months. He is accused in four cases but he is on bail in those cases. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.
