The petitioner has been in custody since 22.05.2018 in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 17/2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/409/467/468/471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the account had been opened by one Bambaiya for starting the account for grant of Indira Awas Yojana, the petitioner is alleged to be one of the middle-men. However, no specific allegation has been attributed to him. It is thus submitted that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45950 of 2018 (2) dt.28-08-2018 upon perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that the allegations are wholly vague and remote as against the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 17/2012.
