2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The informant alleges that on 19.03.2025, his daughter, aged about 14 years, was kidnapped by petitioner and other named accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. After investigation, police submitted chargesheet against petitioner. Even, the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has denied the factum of kidnapping and stated that she solemnized marriage with one Ritesh Kumar. Even, the victim has not named this petitioner in her aforesaid statement.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
