2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 343 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506/34 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and others is of committed gang rape upon the victim. The trial has started and the victim has supported the allegation.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
