The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The postmortem report shows that the cause of death is due to asphyxia and there is no eye witness against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. The co-accused has been granted bail by the Co-

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, District-Saran, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018.
