The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2018, registered under Sections 323, 352, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of four months in filing complaint without plausible explanation. He further submits that both the parties are neighbours and there is land dispute between the parties. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of rape against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

No.63077 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additonal Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Chapra, District-Saran in connection with Daudpur P.S.
