Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 307, 120(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner and the specific allegation of firing is against co-accused namely Abhay Kumar Yadav. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
