====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. A mob of 200 to 300 people were assaulting to three persons. One of the injured died. About 38 persons were identified among the mob including the petitioners. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, on completion of investigation of the case against the petitioners, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62712 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Rupaspur Police Station Case No. 351 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
