ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-06-2025 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already approached the Respondent No. 2 (The Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur) by way of his representation (Annexure- P/7) dated 21.07.2023. The present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the counsels. The Respondent No. 2 shall consider the representation made by the petitioner duly putting all the parties on notice and pass a reasoned order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 8 shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
