Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S.Case No.32 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioners have said to have obtained appointment letter on the basis of the forged certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have already been removed from the service and as such they have been punished and the other accused persons having similar allegation has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 23.3.2018 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64714 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Cr.Msic. No.7361 of 2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XIV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan PS Case No.32 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
