2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Hajipur (T) P.S. Case No. 299 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioner and the deceased were admittedly married about seven years ago and this is the first complaint alleging cruelty by him. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
