2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted informant by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Injury report does not support the prosecution case. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted informant with iron rod but as per injury report, informant sustained only one injury which itself falsifies the entire prosecution story. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P. S. Case No. 325 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
