The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1438C of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 342, 382, 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the cognizance has been taken on the basis of a complaint filed on 16.10.2017 in respect of an occurrence, which is alleged to have taken place on 14.10.2017 as also that the petitioner is also a bus owner, which fact has been stated by the complainant in his reply to the court question, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.
