2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 519 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners who are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant is that they alongwith other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant by lathi, danda and brick due to which she has received injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in-laws of the informant and due to family

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73687 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 quarrel the altercation took place between them. He further submits that the injuries are simple in nature. He also submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the learned Court below. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 519 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
