Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the FIR would reveal that there is no allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same soon before death of the victim. Husband is already in custody. Petitioner is father-in-law.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
