The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kiul G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 25.500 liters of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the trolley bag of the petitioner and the petitioner was apprehended in the railway coach. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has no concern with the seized liquor. He has been falsely implicated in the case by the G.R.P. personnel by planting aforesaid recovery from his possession as he refused to cough-up their illegal demand of graft. Considering the facts, aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Lakhisarai.
