Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that retired BSF personnel are available as bailors.

Considering the fact that retired BSF personnel are now available as bailors, the order dated 5.9.2019 is modified to the extent that that instead of BSF personnel as bailors, the retired BSF personnel may be accepted as bailors. With the aforesaid modification, the present application stands allowed.
