2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. The Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 287 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act and 25(-b) and 26 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, total 31.295 litres of illicit liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused Sunil Thakur.

5. Learned cousnel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no knowledge about the said liquor and she was made accused only because she is the wife of the co-accused Sunil Thakur. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

6. Learned A.P.P for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Special Judge, Excise-II Munger in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 287 of 2023 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
